Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I see my city?
Our AQI monitoring currently covers major cities and districts in Punjab. If your city is not visible, it may not have an active monitoring station yet. We're continuously expanding our network of monitoring stations. Please contact us for more information about coverage in your area.
How is AQI calculated?
The Air Quality Index (AQI) is calculated based on measurements of key pollutants including PM2.5, PM10, O3, NO2, SO2, and CO. Each pollutant is converted to a sub-index, and the highest sub-index value becomes the overall AQI. The AQI scale ranges from 0-500, with higher values indicating poorer air quality and greater health concerns.
